There are many reasons for why we practice Tai Ji (Tai Chi). Here we offer one based on the theory of Knowledge Cybernetics for Sustainable Health. Health in knowldge cybernetics can be defined as the harmony of body and mind. In simple terms dynamic harmony or central balance is health, too little and too much are illnesses or dysfunctional over-centrality. Body has the knowledge to self-regular through feedback. Such process may decline after middle age but Tai Ji is the best exercises which maintain human body and nind in harmony to avoid suffering from sickness, weakness and aging.
